Eliminate the word "try" from your vocabulary.
It's difficult, but not impossible.
I am trying to quit smoking.
I am trying to eat healthier.
I am trying to be more organized.
I am trying to be a better friend.
I am trying to have more patience.
I am trying to be happier.
I am trying to be stronger.
Sorry but not sorry. You are NOT trying. You are either doing it or NOT doing it.
Eliminate the word trying:
I'm quitting smoking.
I AM eating healthier.
I AM more organized.
I AM a better friend.
I AM more patient.
I AM happier.
I AM stronger.
The word "try" is just a safe word because if things don't work out, then at least we tried. It gives you an excuse. A back door to escape.
We know the power of our minds and how we become what we say and think. Using the word "try" is training your brain have that excuse to stop moving towards your intentions and achieving your desires. Train your mind by telling it as if it is already happening.
